Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping, Handling & Insurance
For all domestic orders, we ship via UPS and FedEx delivery service and charge a flat-rate of $21 for orders under $500. All domestic orders with a value of over $800 ship at no charge. Orders of $1000+ will require an adult signature due to the nature of the shipment. Once your order leaves our studio, you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number.
Average shipping times:
- UPS Ground: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30 am-12:30 pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed. For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 2-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
If the sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.
RETURNS SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- We can provide you with an insured prepaid shipping label or item that can be shipped to Arzu Koch Designs via your preferred shipping method.
- If your shipment is valued at $1,000 or more, please call or email us before shipping. FedEx will not insure your package over $1,000, so we can provide you with a fully insured FedEx prepaid shipping label, pricing determined upon location.

- Please avoid making shipments that will arrive at Arzu Koch Designs on a Saturday or Sunday. As you schedule your shipment, check with carrier for delivery dates.
- Arzu Koch Designs is not responsible for returning your jewelry packaging; please do not enclose jewelry in boxes or another packaging that you would like to receive back.
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition to be accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, most non-custom items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
- All made-to-order pieces are eligible for return and full refund.
- Returns and exchanges of bespoke rings will be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the ring.
- Sales of engraved pieces are final at this time.
- We'll make it as easy and painless as possible – including free shipping.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange at any time:
- Custom and personalized Jewelry.
- Discounted items sold on our clearance page.
- For rings with cut diamonds 0.25 carat and above, the diamond is not returnable. We will work with you to exchange, adjust, or return the ring that the stone is set in.
If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer free resizing for domestic customers.
